Privacy Policy

• Name — provided by you at the start of the assessment; appears on your report and certificate
• Email address — used to deliver your report and certificate
• Assessment responses — your answers to all assessment questions, used to generate your report
• Profile data — HR role, company size, years of experience, industry (non-scored background questions)
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page views) for security and diagnostics

• To deliver your report and certificate via email
• To allow public certificate verification at hrforward.ai/verify
• To improve the assessment framework (aggregated, anonymised analysis only)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Supabase — database hosting (data stored in the US)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — report generation; your anonymised responses are sent to Claude to generate your report
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing; governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Vercel — hosting and CDN

Each provider processes data under their own privacy terms, which we have reviewed.

We retain your assessment data and report indefinitely to allow you to access your results and certificate. If you request deletion, we will remove your personally identifiable information within 30 days, though anonymised aggregate data may be retained for research purposes.

Your name, level, and certificate ID are displayed publicly at hrforward.ai/verify/[certificate-id] to allow third parties to verify your credential. If you would like your certificate removed from public verification, contact us at hi@hrforward.ai.

We use minimal cookies necessary for the assessment flow (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to certain processing activities

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
