For Teams
Understand your HR team's AI capability
HR leaders use HR AI Forward to get a structured, honest view of where their team stands in AI capability development — and to give each team member a clear picture of where they personally need to grow.
Two things at once
The team version of HR AI Forward is designed to serve both the HR leader and the individual team members at the same time — not one at the expense of the other.
For the HR leader
A team-level capability map
See how your team is distributed across the 4 levels and 12 stages of the HR AI Forward Maturity Framework. Understand where the majority of your team sits, where the gaps are, and who is already ahead.
For each team member
A personalized individual report
Every team member receives their own report — their assessed level and stage, a capability profile, and a concrete growth direction. Those who reach L2 or above also receive a verified AI-Ready Credential.
How it works
You purchase seats for your team
Choose the number of seats based on your team size (minimum 5). Each seat covers one team member's full assessment, personalized report, and credential (if they reach L2 or above).
Each team member completes their own assessment
Members receive individual access links and complete the HR AI Maturity & Growth Assessment independently. The assessment takes 15–25 minutes and covers real behavioral patterns — not theoretical knowledge.
Each member receives their own personalized report
Every team member gets a report that analyzes their specific capability profile: their current level and stage in the HR AI Forward Maturity Framework, their behavioral patterns, their strengths, and their clearest growth direction.
You receive the team summary
As the HR leader who purchased, you receive a team-level summary showing the distribution of levels and stages across your team. This gives you a structured view of where your team collectively stands and where the gaps are.
What you can do with the results
Understand where your team actually stands
Most HR leaders have a rough sense of who on their team uses AI and who doesn't. The assessment gives you a structured, comparable picture across all team members — mapped to the same 4-level, 12-stage framework.
Identify where the development gaps are
The team summary shows you the distribution of capability levels. You can see whether your team is clustered at L0–L1 (tool-level adoption), starting to move into L2 (embedded capability), or whether there are standout individuals already at L2–L3.
Give each team member a credible starting point
Each person receives their own report with a concrete understanding of where they are and what to work on next. This is more actionable than a generic training program — it starts from where each individual actually is.
Make team development conversations concrete
With a shared framework and individual reports, conversations about AI capability become grounded. You're no longer talking in vague terms about "using AI more" — you're talking about specific levels, stages, and next steps.
What the framework covers
The HR AI Forward Maturity Framework defines 4 levels of AI capability development:
Each level contains 3 stages, giving 12 stages in total. Read the full framework →
